Job summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced business development professional to join our team. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and acquiring new customers.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Work closely with the product development team.
- Manage a small sales team, providing leadership and direction.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities.
- Ability to lead and report regularly to management.
Profile sought
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Training: Commercial training.
- Key Skills:
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Hubspot would be ideal).
- Rigor, analytical skills and pro-activity are a must.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- A spirit of initiative and a passion for start-up environments.
