Any reproduction, display, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes infringement (Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code).

AZEOO acts as a hosting provider for content published by users on its platform. Any illegal content may be reported via the “Report Abuse” tab in the app or by emailing support@azeoo.com, the contact point as defined by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA). Knowingly reporting content as illegal with the intent of having it removed is punishable by one year of imprisonment and a fine of €15,000.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and L.616-1 of the Consumer Code, any consumer may, free of charge, refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman with jurisdiction over AZEOO, after a prior written complaint has gone unresolved: FEVAD (Federation of E-commerce and Distance Selling) E-commerce Mediator, 60 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris – mediateurduecommerce@fevad.com.
