Job summary
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Junior to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in helping our customers deploy customized SaaS solutions, mainly in our white-label offering for fitness professionals.
Main responsibilities
- Support customers in deploying and personalizing their white label.
- Provide high-quality customer support, responding effectively to different requests.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and our Helpdesk.
- Actively contribute to upselling our services to existing customers.
Profile sought
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B SaaS.
- Training: Technical and/or commercial training.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent listening skills and customer focus.
- Rigor, organization and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Mastery of software tools and technological fluency.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Excellent level of English.
- A spirit of initiative and a passion for start-up environments.
