Job description

As an active member of the AZEOO company strategy, you will report directly to our COO and CMO to drive the Product and Customer Success strategy.

Your mission

  • Participate in the implementation and improvement of the customer loyaltyand satisfaction strategy
  • Participer à l’amélioration des ventes de produits et services additionnels
  • Contribute to the improvement of CRM tools
  • Develop or improve service quality procedures
  • Thinking about service performance indicators from retention rate, satisfaction rate and conversion rate to additional sales
  • Analyze performance and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor the activity, make an annual assessment of sales of additional products and services and propose areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and manage the human resources needs of the teams
  • Federate and manage the Products and Services teams
  • Support and train new customers
  • Be attentive to customer feedback, to the market and the competition and inform the appropriate departments
  • Identify and resolve specific customer requests
  • Manage the handling and reporting of customer complaints

With excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service and quality, you enjoy working in a stimulating environment:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Engineering degree in Marketing
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing and/or Customer Success, ideally including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of good communication and sales practices;
  • Managerial competence
  • Agile or PRINCE2 project management
  • Excellent relational, writing and analytical skills
  • Strategic vision, capacity of operational management of the customer relationship, commercial law, empathy are your major assets to succeed in this mission
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of the following tools is a real plus: SendInBlue, Lemlist, Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
